Last weekend we loaded up and headed to Ft. Worth for the Lloyd Family Reunion (Cory's MiMi's side of the family...on his mothers side)! Aunt Judy was the hostess with the mostess this year and she did a fantastic job. It was the first time in years (I think almost 7...since our wedding) that Cory and all of his cousins have been together in one spot.
We spent Friday afternoon/night at Aunt Judy and Big Jim's house swimming, dining on some yummy BBQ, and fellowshipping. Then on Saturday morning up loaded up and headed to Mansfield to visit with Uncle Todd and his family and PeePaw. She hadn't seen the twins since they were 7-8 months old. Needless to say, she was in love with them and they sure put on a good show for her! We swam and chit chatted for a few hours, and then it was time to head back to the hotel for a quick nap before getting ready for the BIG family dinner (there were about 81 people in attendance). As you can probably tell, a good time was had by all!
