My Babies Can Read #3

And the FINAL video of B&B reading!
Next, I'm going to have to record them singing their ABC's, counting, and saying the Blessing!

Ha, if you listen carefully, you will hear Brooks getting on to Burkley because she tore one of the pages months ago!
Well, if you can't understand what he's saying, you can sure tell he's upset by the look on his face!
Hope you enjoyed these videos as much as we have!!
Oh, and Happy Birthday Uncle Kevin!!!

My Babies Can Read #2

I told you there was more!
The star in this video is Burkley!
I just love how she pauses to ask Brooks what some of the animals are!
I could watch these videos over and over again!
I'm one PROUD mommy!

My Babies Can Read #1

If you follow me on Facebook, then you probably have already seen these 3 videos of B&B reading. I tired uploading them to blogger several weeks back, but for some reason, it didn't work and I'm just now getting around to figuring it out...except all 3 of the videos are not in this post.
Anyway, sit back and enjoy listening to my little ones read! The teacher in me is jumping for joy as I see first hand the love that my children have for books and reading! This is proof that if you read to your children, they too will learn to read!

I love how Brooks helps Burkley up on the couch and how she tells him thank you for helping her up! I hope they are always this sweet to each other!
Be watching out for My Babies Can Read #2 and #3!!
And Happy Texas Public School Week to all of you Texas (and other) teachers out there! Although some would like to argue, it's by far the hardest job EVER!
Oh, and don't laugh at how my children are dressed...this was the Monday after we returned from our ski trip. They typically do not wear undies/panties over their diapers and their PJ tops all day long, but on this Monday, they did!

New Creations & How to Order

Just wanted to share a few of my latest creations with you.
I'm in the process of trying to decide if I want to create another blog or open an Etsy store for the items that I make to sell.
It might seem like an easy decision, but I'm having a hard time trying to decide and I'm scared that if I open an Etsy store, that I will get overwhelmed when the orders start rolling in. Don't want to get behind...know what I mean!
Anyway, if you see something on this blog that you would like (or would like more information on), please shoot me an email to hscott724@comcast.net and I will respond as quickly as possible!
Personalized coffee tumblers with single initial (or your initials)
I'm made these for B&B's teachers for Texas Public School Week next week and will be attaching a little "Thanks a Latte" note!

I also have made them a kitchen towel for each holiday with their last name initial on it. So by the end of the school year, they should have one for almost every holiday. The one above is going to be their St. Patrick's Day towel!

Easter Bunny Shirt

Lime green zebra initial shirt with hot pink stitching (or any color stitching)
I made this for all the girlies in our family for St. Patrick's Day...good thing about it is that they can wear it past St. Paddy's Day too!
And a little "A" shirt that I made for my friend Kelly's new precious baby girl Avery! I was lucky enough to love on her earlier today! So sweet...gave me a touch of baby fever!!!

Again, if you would like to place an order for something, please email me at hscott724@comcast.net. And feel free to show your friends!!

Have You Seen These?

Have you seen these at the store?
One thing on my list of things to get to take on our ski trip was powdered laundry detergent since we had our own little washer and dryer in the condo.
I found these handy little 3 in 1 laundry sheets and I am hooked!
Detergent, fabric softener, and anti-static all in one sheet!
I LOVE them!

All you do is start your washing machine, throw in the sheet, thrown in your clothes, and shut the lid (or close the door)!
Then after your wash is complete, you move everything into the dryer, including the 3 in 1 laundry towel...because remember it also has the fabric softener and anti-static stuff in it?!?!?
And let me just tell you that I LOVE how they make my clothes smell!!!
So next time it's time to buy laundry detergent, pick up a package of these handy 3 in 1 sheets and give them a try.
I promise you won't be disappointed!!
